Representing a fundamental advance over flow cytometry, the static microscope-based LSC measures 4 fluorescence colours plus scatter. Provided with such high resolution results, you can then automatically review the morphology of the selected cell populations.

  • Slides to be restained and protocols re-run with their data files merged.
