THE DNA ENGINE DYAD™ - THE LATEST IN THERMAL CYCLING!

MJ Research's Dyad now available from GRI

With a dual bay chassis that accepts any combination among ten different Alpha units, MJ Research's new Dyad™ thermal cycler, currently available from GRI, offers an unprecedented combination of versatility and value. Over fifty unique instrument configurations are now possible!

The Dyad base has a compact footprint of just 48cm x 29cm but is still able to run four different blocks simultaneously when using dual Alpha units.

A graphic display with a touch-pad and navigation keys makes programming easy. A point-and-click interface means that manual searches are a thing of the past. Real-time displays show the temperatures of the block, samples and lid.

As with all MJ Research's thermal cyclers, temperature is stringently controlled. Uniformity is +/- 0.4°C within 30 seconds of reaching 90°C (0.5°C for dual blocks) and ramping rates are up to 3°C per second. The DYAD offers a thermal range of 5°C to 105°C.

Designed to cope with challenging workloads and yet allowing user to run different protocols simultaneously using different vessels or plates, the new Dyad satisfies the demanding needs of busy molecular biology laboratories.
