AUTOGENE™ 3.0 - NEW CONFIGURATION, NEW PLATFORM, NEW PRICING!

Powerful microarray image analysis and data quantification from GRI

AutoGene™ 3.0, available from GRI's Gene Screening Division, is the very latest tool for high throughput automated microarray image analysis and data quantification.

As well as incorporating a range of new features, AutoGene™ 3.0 has been designed to interact with, and can be added to, the basic ImaGene™ Version 4.0 microarray data processing package to provide a fully integrated mircroarray management system with amazing flexibility.

AutoGene™ 3.0 offers new software improvements for much faster performance with an increase of over 15 times the image processing speed of its predecessor, AutoGene™ 2.5.
A 10,000 spot image file, from file load to results output, will now take just one minute or less to process.

Other benefits include an advanced spot quality control and assessment feature that increases the number of independent spot quality measurements. Empty, poor or negative spots are immediately flagged according to the user's predefined thresholds. There are also tools to combine these quality measures for use in post-processing automatic spot flagging and array quality ranking, as well as generation of visual segmentation maps.

AutoGene™ 3.0 minimises the need for operator intervention and enables unsupervised image processing through the night - so improving throughput. Using a single dialogue box, users can easily compile a sequence of batches for automatic processing. With enhanced accuracy in grid placement and spot finding, AutoGene™ 3.0 enables even better batch processing results - the computer makes all necessary judgements eliminating possible human error.

AutoGene™ 3.0 offers yet another benefit. It is now available through a new FLEX pricing system that offers an attractive entry-level price to make the advanced capabilities of AutoGene available to any laboratory.
